WARRANTY INFORMATION

Action Trainers limits its express warranty to the following: All Action Trainers are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from date of receipt. This warranty applies when the product is installed, maintained and used in the proper manner. Products should be used on top of other mats, carpets or soft surfaces. Keep away from sharp objects and off of cement, blacktop or thorny grass. Action Trainers are not designed for Power Tumbling. If they are so used the warranty is invalidated.

Action Trainers sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace any defective product at its discretion. Written claims under this limited warranty must be made to Action Trainers, 1626 Crandall Dr., Springville, UT 84663, within 30 days of discovery of defect. Written authorization is required before equipment is returned, freight prepaid, for inspection.

No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made for consequential indirect injury or damages arising from alleged failure of any Action Trainers equipment. Further no other warranty of merchant, ability or fitness for a particular purpose is made. The user assumes all risk of injury due to use.
