CUSTOMER SERVICE DIRECTOR
This person will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls with customers seeking product knowledge, product availability, and order status. Job will also entail correspondence with sales representatives and dealers to achieve customer satisfaction. Qualified candidates must have excellent communication and organizational skills and be very detail oriented. Strong multitasking ability is an absolute necessity. Job requires proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Preference given to candidates with proficiency in UPS Worldship, LTL shipping software, and QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions or Standard Quickbooks. While only a high school degree is required for candidacy an associates or bachelors degree with an emphasis in business will be looked upon very favorably. Benefits are standardized for all full-time employees and salary is commensurate with education and experience. Benefits are posted on our website.
